| Frequent Flyer Reward Points - Members Benefits: | |
Skywards is an exclusive club for frequent flyers with Emirates and SriLankan Airlines, designed to offer you benefits over and above what you would normally expect. Each time you fly, whether for business or pleasure, you accumulate Skywards Miles towards a variety of rewards such as free travel, upgrades and other benefits with Emirates, SriLankan or partners. There are three tiers of membership - Skywards Blue , Skywards Silver and Skywards Gold - each offering a greater degree of privilege, reward and recognition.
As a Skywards member, you have the opportunity to progress to the other tiers as you fly more frequently with Emirates and SriLankan. Whether you fly on Emirates network to over 70 destinations served worldwide, or to one of hundreds of destinations with partner airlines, you'll enjoy dedicated personal attention and benefits exclusively reserved for members. Together with chauffeured transport and help in organising Dubai or Colombo stopovers, you can truly personalise your travel arrangements.

How do you earn Miles with Skywards?
Skywards membership gives you two easy and direct ways to earn Skywards Miles - through flights with Emirates, SriLankan and partner airlines and through the non-flight partners.
Earning on flights - Emirates and SriLankan Airlines:
Every time you fly you will earn one Skywards Mile for every mile flown, which is then credited to your account. You can also take advantage of the Family Bonus program offered by these airlines. Simply nominate up to eight family members and when they fly Emirates or SriLankan, 20% of their flown miles will be credited to your account, including bonuses for flying Business or First Class and any promotions.
Flying with Emirates or SriLankan also credits your account with the equivalent in tier miles, which help you move toward and retain the higher status of Skywards Silver and Gold membership. Once you reach these tiers, you'll gain access to exclusive benefits and rewards, including a special tier bonus when earning Miles.
For example, when flying Economy Class, a Silver member earns a 25% tier bonus, meaning that instead of earning one Skywards Mile per mile flown, they earn 1.25 Skywards Miles. A Gold member earns a 50% tier bonus, meaning that instead of earning one Skywards Mile per mile flown, they earn 1.50 Skywards Miles.
