Disabled Access
An aisle wheelchair is available on all the following THAI aircraft: Boeing 747-400/300, MD-11, Boeing 777-200/300 and Airbus 330-300.

Redeem Miles and Upgrade with Thai
Royal Orchid Plus members are able to redeem their accrued miles to upgrade on fully paid tickets on THAI within 21 days of departure. 30,000 miles per person can be redeemed to upgrade from Economy class to Royal Executive
(Business) class one way Australia to Bangkok and 40,000 miles per person one way from Royal Executive to Royal First class.
THAI passengers may also buy standby upgrades at the airport of departure, subject to availability from USD440 per person Perth to Bangkok or USD550 per person Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane to Bangkok (economy to business class one way.)
