Hi Garry Just wanted to let you know that the trip to Hong Kong went very well. Airfares and accomm was great - upgrades came through for Qantas and even scored First Class on the way over. Have no idea why! Also was upgraded with the Langham so that was all very good.

I would like to commend the services of Keren Dinh. She has gone beyond what would be expected as a Travel Consultant - she has been so kind and flexible - nothing is any trouble for her - she is so prompt in responding to our needs - and despite many changes to our travel itineraries - she has promptly made the changes with a minimum of fuss. I wish everyone had such a nice person to deal with - she is lovely working via email and it was a great pleasure to hear her lovely voice over the phone on a few occasions for our recent trip.
