Hi Gary I just wanted to let you know how fabulous our trip was! The Seabourn Quest completely surpassed all of our expectations and we would definitely sail with them again. The weather, service, hospitality, food, wine and logistics from your end were superb. Initially we had a few boarding problems caused directly by Seabourn staff who were new, but after bringing the problems to their attention Seabourn went to great lengths to compensate us by giving us both a complimentary massage, free pass to the serene area of the ship plus upgraded us to a penthouse suite number 1015! I wonder if you can pass on our thanks to Belinda, the Guest Services Manager on the Quest who organised the upgrade for us. She was extremely professional and sympathetic to our problems and really went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly after the initial hiccups. Thanks for all your assistance Gary and we look forward to recommending many family and friends to you and to booking our next holiday.

Flying with Emirates was a wonderful experience and the service and the transfers were brilliant. Radison Blue in Dubai was just the best. A brand new hotel with complimentary pickups to Dubai Mall and the staff at recepetion were truly outstanding Natalie last but no least it was a great pleasure dealing with you.
