2011 FirstClass Christmas Party

FirstClass Wins Four Awards At JTG Annual Awards Night
FirstClass has made a fantastic acheivement at JTG's recent annual travel awards. We were awarded 4 awards over the night taking out the top prize in two categories! Our manager Garry received the awards at the presentation night which included those below.

New FirstClass Team Memeber
FirstClass is glad to welcome Lauren Milner to our team, Lauren is our new travel consultant and will be based at Parramatta. Lauren has been working in travel since 2005 and this great wealth of experience will make her a valuable team member. She has travelled extensively in Australia as well as overseas, having been all throughout Europe including Germany Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, The United Kingdom and Ireland, also throughout Africa including travel on The Oberoi Philae Nile River Cruiser, Asia, the South Pacific, North and South America. Lauren has had a fantastic start here and we look forward to her bright future.FirstClass is a member of IATA
FirstClass is now officially an IATA (The International Air Transport Association) member. This allows us to issue tickets 24x7, work more efficiently with airlines including ticketing, amendment, refunds, get more recognition and rewards from our preferred airlines which allow us to pass on savings or rewards to our clients.

FirstClass is happy to welcome our newest team member Rick Zhang who will be taking over from Roger Ye as the teams accountant, although we are sad to see Roger move onto new things we are looking forward to what Rick will bring to FirstClass.
New Office Locations
Our head office at King Street Wharf Darling Harbour has moved to a new suite in the same building. We are now on the 4th floor in suite 402 and our new address is Suite 402/45 Lime Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. All contact details remain the same.
FirstClass has also opened our new office in Parramatta, at Shop 2, 20 Charles Street in Parramatta. Our senior travel consultants Mary Canbir and Natalie Joncevska will be based in this new location, as well as Garry Mclaughlin, our operational manager who will be travelling between our two offices.
April Team Dinner
This month the team enjoyed a great evening out at Strike Bowling nearby our head office on Kings Wharf in Darling Harbour. The whole team had lots of fun bowling two games while enjoying some excellent food. The office split into teams for each lane with friendly rivalries forming between the two. Eventually after a night of heated competition Team 2 consisting of Garry, Keren, Natalie, Nick and Braedon came out on top.

FirstClass enjoyed our monthly staff get together at the fantastic Chinta Ria on Darling Harbour in February. We enjoyed some inspired Asian cuisine while getting a chance it unwind and get to know Braedon our newest team member. It was a great night of delicious food and good company.

Oct Team Dinner
Here at Firstclass we had our monthly staff get together at Chef's Gallery in Sydney's CBD in October. Chef's Gallery is an authentic Chinese resturant with a modern feel and unique menu selection. We all had a nice unwind and also farewelled Nikki. With great food and good company, it was a great evening had by all!
