A&K’s Concierge Rail Escort will show you to your pre-reserved, first class seat and provide you with an A&K travel pack – with bottled water, snacks and newspaper/ magazine for the journey. At your destination you are welcomed by A&K’s Concierge Rail Escort at the train door and transferred to your hotel. Your luggage is taken care of and handled from your hotel at your departure destination until you have checked into your hotel at your next destination.

An integral part of any A&K holiday to Europe is A&K’s Guardian Angel service. These invaluable people are part of a unique team that guide you through your private journey of Europe.

At your 'beck and call', your Guardian Angel is there to assist you when the need arises, give you restaurant recommendations, point you in the right direction for a particular item you are searching for and to generally be your local person in the know, without being intrusive.

On arrival in each country you are met by your A&K Guardian Angel who will introduce themselves and also answer any queries you may have in regards to your holiday. You are then free to contact them whenever you wish.
