Tina Tong - Managing Director
Tina is the founder of firstclass.com.au, has 10 years experience in travel management, and 12 years in web development and web promotion. She is passionate about travel, and has traveled extensively worldwide.
Tina's Motto: Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breaths away.. This is reflected in the amazing products FirstClass offers and the team's committment to delivering an amazing experience!

Garry McLaughlin - Operations Manager
Garry moved to Australia from Scotland in March 2009 and is loving every minute of it. He has had 20 years experience of travel with 18 of those managing for both independent and multi-national companies helping lead every team to success.
Garry has a passion for travel and cruising and has visited Turkey, Spain and all of his European islands, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Ireland, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Gibraltar, Toronto and Niagara, Las Vegas, Florida, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mexico plus 2 cruises around numerous Caribbean islands. Since moving to Oz, he has been to Fiji and various Australian sights....with many more to see.
If Garry hasn't been there, you can be fairly sure that he has sent some customers to the destination or he will be thrilled to find out about your chosen destination and ensure you have a memorable trip.

Danielle Macey - Travel Specialist
Danielle is our corporate travel specialist. Danielle has over 15 years experience in
the travel industry including travel consulting, after hours consulting, product updating and management. She has worked on numerous large corporate accounts including the
Deutsche Bank in London, Nestle, ACT Government, NSW Government, NCR and the PBL Group.
She has extensive travel knoweledge and has also traveled greatly worldwide.
Danielle works on a part time basis and at times works from home.

Keren - Travel Specialist
Keren is our Travel Specialist for Australian luxury resorts, Fiji, Maldives and Mauritius. She also looks after our website updates and new products promotion.
She has extensive knowledge in travelling to Hayman Island, Melbourne, Hamilton Island, Brisbane, Bangkok, Hua Hin, Koh Samui, San Francisco, San Jose - California, Vietnam.
Keren will be there to provide you with efficient and personalised service.

Mary Yilmaz - Travel Specialist
Mary Yilmaz has been working in travel for the past 7 years and has a wealth of experience to draw upon. She has travelled to Europe (namely Switzerland and Turkey), India and Vanuatu and has a lot of travel experience up in Northern Queensland (namely Cairns, Port Douglas and Daydram Island). Mary is already fitting in here like a glove and we know that she'll be a thriving member before we know it!

Natalie Dimitrievska - Travel Specialist
For the past three years Natalie has been working as a South Pacific specialist. She has travelled to New Caledonia, Fiji, New Zealand, Switzerland, Macedonia and around Australia. Natalie is learning the ropes very quickly and we know that she will become a star member before long!

Olga Marinkovic - Travel Specialist
Olga has worked in the travel industry for 5 years and has extensive experience travelling around the world from a young age. She has been to various places in Europe including Rome, Paris, London, Berlin, Budapest and Frankfurt to name just a few and also US and Asia. With her passion for travel, Olga is able to assist you in organising any travel arrangements you may have in mind.
Nick Tan - Apprentice
Nick has taken up an apprenticeship with our first class organisation while completing a travel course at TAFE. He has just finished at Killara High after achieving high marks in his HSC results. Nick has a great desire to be a success and will be a shining light in the future. Watch this space.

Jessica Al-Chami - Apprentice
Jessica is the latest addition to our expanding team. She went to Emmaus Catholic College and has just completed her HSC with excellent results. She has chosen to pursue a career in the travel industry and is thrilled to assist the team and the FirstClass customers while studying in preparation for a successful future.

The IT Team
Lucky Yang, Ben Liu and Ben Kong make up FirstClass' professional and dedicated IT team. They provide web maintenance to the website including making products more presentable and user friendly; they also each have rich experience in computer troubleshooting providing support for our consultants and maintaining the website at its peak potential.Accounts
Rick Zhang is the in house accountant at FirstClass and has been since he started with us in 2011. With an accounting and finance degree from Sydney University, strong technical and systems skills, Rick is a highly professional and valued team member.
