This suite has magnificent views overlooking the 65 metre heated lagoon with beach area or out towards the Gold Coast Broadwater.

Imperial Suite is appointed with classic elegance, to provide exceptional comfort. The room is accentuated by warm timber tones and rich fabric colours which are combined with a refined and discerning eye. Each piece of furniture is also unmistakably Versace. Features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathoom consisting of a private spa and separate shower. It also has a separate lounge/dining area with kitchen facilities/service area for a butler. The Two Bedroom Condominium holds 143-146 square metres of space and features a private balcony and a self contained kitchen with all the modern appliances including delicate china settings with Versace designs. Also included is a sunken lounge featuring a magnificent marble mosaic, dining area, laundry, ensuite off the main bedroom with a private spa and separate shower. A second bathroom and separate powder room are provided as well. Guests are provided exclusive use of one private marina berth.

The Three Bedroom Condominium features all facilities and amenities enjoyed by the Two Bedroom Condominium, including the marina berth use, but is much larger at 172-194 square metres. Mid-level condominium has balcony. Roof top has BBQ area and spa.
