| Centrally situated in the Cyclades islands, Paros and its smaller sister island, Antiparos, offer historical sights, picturesque Greek towns and numerous sandy beaches. Krotiri is situated just 3 kms from the main town of Parikia, just a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Krios beach, offering tranquillity and crystal clear water, even during the busiest weeks of the summer. The lively town of Parikia offers numerous bars and tavernas and is also where the boats depart for day trips to the neighbouring islands, such as Delos and Mykonos. The stone-built house is one of well tended group of seven houses, all with private gardens and uninterrupted views to the bay and town of Parikia. Close to the house is a large covered barbecue area, with a marble table and built-in seating. There are also other outdoor seating areas, ideal for siestas during a hot summer’s day, breakfast, other meals or evening drinks. The quarter acre Mediterranean garden has large cypress and wild bay trees, rosemary, bougainvillea and geraniums. Krotiti also its own private swimming pool (8 x 5m). The accommodation is spacious and light with exposed stone or white-washed walls, wooden floors and beamed ceilings. Amenities include TV, DVD, CD player/MP3 and washing machine. The three bedrooms have ceiling fans and Korres cosmetics are provided in the bathroom. |
