This beautiful villa is one of a collection of 14 privately owned luxury villas situated on a hillside, on the north coast of the island, all with sea views over the Gulf of Mirabello to the island of Spinalonga. The village of Elounda is just 2.5 kms away, while the lively town of Agios Nikolaos with its picturesque harbour and wide choice of restaurants and shops is 7 kms away. Also nearby is Kritsa, which has Crete’s finest Byzantine frescoes, and Gournia, a Minoan hilltop town.

Each villa is totally independent with its own private swimming pool, and parking area. All villas also have use of a main large shared swimming pool with Jacuzzi and contra-jet for swimming against the stream, as well as a children’s paddling pool. There is a bar for guests and, as a break from self-catering, an exquisitely decorated poolside restaurant provides a lovely candle-lit setting for evening meals. There is also a fitness room with hamman and sauna. Services available on request include a cook, butler service, babysitting, cots, highchairs, food shopping, newspaper delivery, DVD hire, massage service, diving lessons in the villa pool and airport transfers. The whole experience is a successful combination of the privacy of a luxury villa with the facilities and service of a five star hotel.

Villa Limnes has been furnished a high standard, with carefully chosen antique and contemporary furnishings. The rooms open to a shady outdoor dining area and spacious sun terrace with infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, quality wooden sun beds and panoramic views of the sea. The interiors are superbly equipped with heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD player, direct dial telephone, high speed internet access, iron and ironing board, safe and quality linen and towels. The marble bathrooms have Jacuzzi, makeup mirrors, bathrobes and hairdryers. Two-bedroom 'Elounda' villas, with the same faciliites are also available. Prices on request.

Entrance hall. 2 twin bedrooms, one with dressing room with safe, and both with doors to a small terrace. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

Upper Level
Living room with fireplace, dining room and open-plan kitchen, with sliding glass doors opening to terrace and pool, and wonderful views. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. Double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom.
