This lovely property is situated in the hills just 4 miles from the famous perfume town of Grasse, with stunning views stretching from the Massif de l’Esterel mountain range to Cagnes sur Mer and the Mediterranean sea. Its private location, yet close proximity to shops, restaurants and other amenities, it offers a comfortable and relaxing holiday base from which to explore the villages of the Alpes Martimes
Within the large grounds is a swimming pool (12 x 5m), with surrounding sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and cushions. The pool is alarmed for the safety of young children and can also be heated on request, at extra cost. A portable fence can also be erected to fence off the pool and part of the terrace, if required. There is also a table tennis table under the trees. Outside the house, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, is perfect for casual or formal dining, overlooking the pool and the garden. Underfloor heating means that this area can be used all year round. There is both a garage and outside parking. A laundry room next to the garage has a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious and light interiors are tastefully furnished throughout with comfortable furniture and some antiques. The living room, with open fireplace extends via an archway to an open plan dining room on one side and study on the other, equipped with phone, fax and ADSL internet access. The living areas all open to a front terrace, leading to the garden and pool. Each of the 3 bedrooms offers a lovely view of the garden and Mediterranean. Further amenities include satellite TV, DVD, cinema surround and music system. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request, and also stair gates, if there are young children in the party.
