This luxurious villa sits in a quiet and private location, surrounded by pine and oak trees, within the area of l’Oumède. It is wonderfully convenient for Pampelonne Beach, just 2 kilometres away, and also for St. Tropez town, approximately 7 kilometres away.
The large grounds of 3.5 ha (c.8.5 acres) extend out to the sides and back of the house, and include a private tennis court and a swimming pool (12 x 5m), which can be heated on request, and is gated for the safety of young children. The pool terrace has a covered area at one end with a summer kitchen, and a dining and seating area. Just outside the house and overlooking the gardens and pool is a huge terrace, also with a covered dining area and a barbecue.
The interiors are exceptionally spacious, newly decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The terracotta tiled floors with most furnishings in tasteful beiges and whites add to the feeling of light and space. Amenities include satellite televisions and DVDs in the living room and all bedrooms, music system throughout the house and on the terraces (with ipod connection), high speed internet access and fax.
