This superb modern villa occupies a wonderful position, just a short walk away from sandy Pampelonne Beach and the famous restaurant, Club 55. From the house, its terraces, pool area and large garden, there are wonderful views over the beach and the sea, from Cap Tahiti right around to Cap Camarat.
To the front of the house, the rooms open to terraces with seating and dining areas, shaded by olive trees. Steps lead down from here to a swimming pool (9.5 x 4m), its surrounding sun terrace furnished with sunloungers and terracotta pots of flowering plants. The swimming pool can be heated on request. Beyond this, to one side, stretches a large expanse of lawn with trees, shrubs and ancient olive trees.
The interiors are very light and spacious, decorated mainly in white, with white beamed ceilings and tiled floors. There is a plasma television in the living room and each bedroom, VCR, stereo and air conditioning. Shared use of a tennis court nearby is available on request. The tennis court is behind our other property, La Terrasse, and the two could be rented together for larger groups. The swimming pool can also be heated on request.
