The first floor is reached via an internal staircase but has also its own separate private entrance through the building's main stair case for additional privacy. It features a very large bedroom with a super king size bed 2m large !!. (can be converted to two twin beds on request), two reclining leather lounge chairs by Natuzzi, stylish furniture by Italian design house Poliform, plenty of storage space and a colour TV. A limestone lined en suite bathroom with marble bench top features a large shower and separate bath tub. There is a separate WC. This floor is also independently air conditioned.
