I can report that flying business with Etihad was a fantastic experience! The limousines worked beautifully and the airline staff are very good – I didn’t encounter one cross or unsmiling person. They try to personalise the service very well, lifted my bags onto the scales at Heathrow, and the food was really excellent and innovative. The lounges are excellent – especially the free spa facilities.

All in all a great way to travel – I enjoyed it very much. Probably don’t need to travel long haul for a while now, but if I do I shall certainly come back to you.

Kind regards and thank you

Hi Tina,
firstly thank-you for organising my trip so well at such short notice.
Emirates Airline Staff.... very efficient and friendly.
Ground Handling.....Good.
Limo Transfer ....This is an excellent service the drivers are very polite and professional. It is wonderful to get off along flight and climb straight into a comfortable car and be driven to your accommodation especially as its two hours away.On arriving in Brimimingham I was off the plane out of customs and into the limo in 15 minutes Fantastic!!!!
Food .... Is really good and the service is excellent
At first I was concerned about leaving on a 2.45am flight I thought it would be tiring but in actual fact it works really well you just get on the plane and the crew make up the bed and you go to sleep they offer food but do it with cabin lights dimmed. The first flight was the best as the bed was a sleeperette which goes flat so its easy to sleep.
The return flight was only a z shaped bed not so easy to sleep so in future I would make sure I got the same plane.
Dubai airport is big but easy to get around and the lounge is hugh with good food and great sitting areas and showers.
I recommend Emirates and would chose to fly with them again this was the third time I have used their business class service.

Hope this is helpful!
