The Delta Residences offers 41 exquisitely decorated one and two bedroom luxury condominiums. The hotel's design has been modeled after an Italian Tyrolean village. Each suite includes a master bedroom with king size bed, living area with 32" LCD panel TV, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large soaker tub, and free standing glass shower. The Delta Residences offers 12,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. Guests of the Delta Residences have exclusive access to two private outdoor hot tubs. Adjoined to the Delta Sun Peaks Resort, guests have full access and privileges to all the hotel has to offer.
