Great Wall Trekking

9 days trekking tour to different sections of Great Wall in Beijing & around Trekking does not simply mean a leisurely walk. It's serious tramping with purposes and targets. Those who wish to go on foot can learn much, become fitter , and sightsee at the same time! They experience their surroundings in a unique way. The Great Wall is seriously threatened by development and encroachment, so walks must be undertaken with a leave-no-trace ethic and caution for the fragile structure. The Beijing municipality enacted regulations in recent year to conserve the 644-plus kilometers of wall within its border, which include limiting access to undeveloped portions. What this means in practice can be difficult to discern, though. Therefore, it might be different from the clients' expectation. They might not be able to reach a point by trekking as expected.
