This apartment is one of four apartments we have for rent in an 18th century building just off Piazza di Spagna. It is a wonderfully central location, just a short walk from some of the most famous streets in Rome, Via Condotti, Via della Croce and Via del Babuino. All the apartments are on the third floor of the building (with lift access) and, if all are rented together, could provide accommodation for up to 20 people in total. All have views over the Spanish Steps, Piazza di Spagna and the rooftops of the city.

Piazza di Spagna 1 has a beautiful ambience, with a large and very elegant living room of 40 square metres, with frescoed ceiling, marble fireplace and antique furnishings. The two bedrooms have original decorated wood ceilings. Additional single and double sofa-beds in the living room mean that the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people in total. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, direct telephone line and internet access.
