This magnificent property is set within 12 acres of land in the hills above the coast at Portofino. It has wonderful wide open views of the sea and the lights at the port of Portofino at night. It offers total privacy and seclusion, yet is just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, with its variety of shops and restaurants.

The access to the property is incredible, through a tunnel in the rocks to a lift, which takes you the 76 metres up to the entrance gate. A pathway through the large gardens, leads to the house, which is on three levels. Beautifully furnished throughout, there are amazing views from every window. All the bathrooms are brand new and the kitchen is fabulously equipped. Further amenities include air conditioning in three of the bedrooms, satellite TV and internet access. The services of a cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price.

There are four different outdoor dining areas, including a pretty vine-covered gazebo on a plateau, with breathtaking views of the sea. There is also a bar carved out of the rocks by the swimming pool. The pool is L-shaped and approximately 10 x 4m) The light outdoor furnishings and white cushions lend a cooling ambience during hot summer days. The beautiful gardens are lawned and filled with flowers and trees.
