SAN BOLDO - Venice

Situated between Campo San Polo and Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, San Boldo is just a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge with its fascinating shops and stalls and open-air food market. Although easily accessible to the major sights of historic Venice, it is also an enclave of peace away from the major flow of tourists, surrounded by a small garden and within a quiet residential neighbourhood. Just a few steps away are small, local shops where you can purchase your fresh breakfast rolls, fruit and groceries, as well as several cafes and restaurants. Within the garden is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a tennis court and club house, which can be booked by guests.

San Boldo 1, the larger of the two apartments, occupies the ground and first floor (about 140 square metres), extending from the San Boldo canal alongside the living room, to the courtyard garden with unique private tennis court. It has its own independent entrance from the garden and enjoys a spacious open area suitable for outdoor dining right outside the living room. It is decorated and furnished very tastefully throughout, with Venetian terrazzo and parquet flooring, antique prints on the marmorino walls, and an elegant mixture of antique and modern furniture. The many amenities include video door-phone, telephone, satellite TV, DD and a central radio system with speakers in each room. There is also Wi-Fi internet access. Central heating or air conditioning (depending on the season) is included in the rental price.

Large and bright living room/dining room with dining table and card table, and charming views of the canal with its passing gondolas. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and filter coffee machine. Twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath (shower over)and hairdryer.

First Floor
Reached by a lovely wooden spiral staircase. Living room with double sofa-bed and divan-bed. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower only. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.
