VILLA TIZIANO - Tuscany

Situated in the Chianti region just 15 kilometres from Florence this fabulous villa, dating from the 16th century, is the epitome of a bygone era of Tuscan aristocratic living. Overlooking its own vineyards, the Tiziano Chianti vineyards, it is surrounded by a private formal garden, designed by the famous English architect, Cecil Ross Pinsent. From its hilltop position, there are wonderful views over the rolling Florentine countryside.

Within the garden, under the trees and close to the house is a lovely outdoor dining area. Further away, at one end of the garden, and benefitting from the magnificent countryside views, is a large infinity swimming pool (10 x 10m).

The interiors are typical of the era, with rich and warm golden colours, vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors. The enormous rooms are simply, yet very elegantly furnished with antiques. Amenities include TV, VCR, DVD, and ISDN Internet access. A formal dining room seats up to 24 people, and a cook can be arranged on request. Continental breakfast is included every day except Sunday. The owner lives in a separate part of the villa with independent access. Tennis can be arranged upon request at a nearby Country Club.

Upon request there is an additional very special second floor bedroom suite on the second floor comprising a double bedroom with king-size bed, and very big en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). A spacious reception room leads to two more bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Maid service provided by 2 maids, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day for 7 bedroom rental. For 10 bedroom rental, there will be 3 maids, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. Continental breakfast included 6 days a week. Cook for other meals on request.
