The airline has just launched flights to Sao Paulo in Brazil and Buenos Aires in Argentina with plans to launch six new routes to Europe and Asia in Oct 2010.

Hi Garry,
Finally got home last Friday night, flights were cancelled out of Milan for about 5 days. We spent an extra 5 days at Lake Como, so I suppose you could have been stranded at worse places!
Qatar was fabulous with keeping us updated, and went out of their way to book us on first available flight out of Milan. We were thrilled with their service, the staff were wonderful and will definitely fly with them again when we next go overseas. The food in business class was like dining in a 5 Star Restaurant and the wine list was second to none (my partner owns a restaurant in Melbourne and he was very impressed). All in all I just wanted to give you this positive feedback and thank you also for sending me the email the other week and keeping me updated.
