Cuisine from Celebrity Restauranteurs

All ships feature a tempting variety of dining options, from the early-bird breakfast through the dinner hour and into the late evenings.

CRYSTAL DINING ROOM
The menu offers an extensive selection of regionally inspired cuisine prepared in the classical European tradition. The array of tantalizing options includes our "Lighter Fare" low-sodium, low-carb and low-cholesterol selections and vegetarian offerings.

The Crystal Dining Room offers open seating for breakfast and lunch, and classic main or late seating for dinner. Requests for classic main or late seating and table preferences must be submitted through your travel agent when reserving your cruise. Every effort is made to honor requests.

SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS
Crystal Cruises provides alternative specialty restaurants to enhance the evening dining options and provide the opportunity to enjoy a new culinary environment.

Prego, on all ships, features traditional Italian cuisine plus signature dishes from Piero Selvaggio, owner of famed Valentino restaurants in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Kyoto, on Crystal Harmony, offers inventive Japanese cuisine and sushi specialties.

Jade Garden, on Crystal Symphony, is a culinary crossroads of Asia; dishes are inspired by the exotic array of traditions and ingredients of the Orient. Specialty dishes from Wolfgang Puck's Chinois restaurant are offered as well.

Silk Road and The Sushi Bar, on Crystal Serenity, feature the world-renowned cuisine of master chef Nobu Matsuhisa. He has created an innovative menu of classically styled Japanese food with distinctive Peruvian and European influences.

Reservations are required in these specialty restaurants and are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Approximate dining hours for each restaurant are 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

LIDO CAFE
This is a buffet-style, indoor/outdoor venue for breakfast and lunch featuring a selection of exotic fruit, fresh baked breads and pastries. Breakfast includes made-to-order omelettes, waffles and pancakes to your liking, and other morning favorites. Lunch offers made-to-order pastas and salads, a delicious selection of our famous soups, carved meats, fresh catches of the day and a tempting array of sumptuous desserts, including sugar-free options.

DECK BUFFETS
You can also enjoy the award-winning special buffets which transform the poolside deck into another world. Asia Café features a chic red-and-black motif serving an enticing selection of dishes from all corners of the Orient. The American Classic features home-style cooking from across the U.S. Nuevo Latino offers the unique cuisine from South of the Border. Cuisine of the Sun serves a tempting feast of Mediterranean specialties. These and other innovative buffets make afternoon dining an anticipated event.

THE BISTRO
The popular Parisian-style coffee bar and café is a favorite meeting place. Espresso, caffe latte and cappuccino are served in exclusive Bistro Collection of porcelain, created by celebrated artist Guy Buffet. Light snacks are served throughout the day, ranging from bagels, smoked salmon, fresh pastries and fruit in the morning to a selection of international cheeses, charcuterie, pastries and other delicacies in the afternoon.

TRIDENT GRILL & ICE CREAM BAR
This is not your average grill. Here you can find classic American fare such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, veggie and chicken burgers, hot dogs and tuna melts. There are also daily special wrap sandwiches and gourmet pizzas, and a Late-Risers Breakfast is available between the hours of 10 am and 11:30 am around the Neptune Pool. The Ice Cream Bar features a wide variety of ice creams, nonfat frozen yogurt and sherbets, with tempting toppings, fresh berries and home-baked cookies.

CASUAL DINING
On select evenings during your cruise, the Trident Bar & Grill extends its hours and offers a special dining setup around the Neptune Pool, with unique specialty buffet items in a relaxed, comfortable ambiance; dress is casual. And on Crystal Serenity, there is also Tastes for Healthy alternative breakfast choices and sophisticated comfort food for lunch and dinner.

AFTERNOON TEA
This is a special event at Crystal Cruises. Each afternoon tea service presents a selection of savories and sweets served in the sunlit charm of the Palm Court. Mozart Tea is a visit to 18th-century Vienna as you are greeted by staff dressed in velvets and brocades and are tempted by a selection of the finest Austrian cakes and pastries. English Colonial Tea offers a taste of tradition, complete with scones and clotted cream, finger sandwiches and assorted sweets. The American Tea is a Crystal creation paying tribute to the classics of the American summertime.

COCKTAIL HOUR
A selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres is served in the various bars and lounges every evening before dinner.

CORKAGE FEE
If you choose to enjoy wines that you have purchased ashore during your cruise, or wines brought from home, a nominal corkage fee will be charged.

LATE NIGHT HORS D'OEUVRES
Snacks are served in selected bars and lounges during the late-night bar hours.

ROOM SERVICE
Complimentary Room Service is available 24-hours a day from the Room Service menu. Room Service may also be ordered from the Crystal Dining Room menu during regular dining hours.

WHAT TO WEAR
Each evening on a Crystal cruise has a specific dress code, which applies to all public areas of the ship after 6:00 pm. Guests find that the occasional formal evenings create a special atmosphere in contrast to the other more informal evenings on board. The three codes of attire are: casual, informal and formal. Typically, 10- to 14-day cruises have three formal nights. The number of informal nights is usually based on the number of days at sea, and casual nights are based on days in port.

Formal Evening Attire - An evening dress and gowns of fashionable length for ladies, and a tuxedo, dinner jacket or dark suit and tie for gentlemen is recommended.

Informal Evening Attire - For ladies, evening dresses, cocktail dresses or pantsuits are suitable. For gentlemen, a sport coat and slacks are suggested; ties are optional.

Casual Evening Attire - On casual evenings, a more relaxed attire is accepted such as casual dresses and pantsuits for ladies, and sport shirt and slacks for gentlemen. Ties and jackets are not required.

Junior Activities Programme

Crystal Cruises' commitment to excellence and quality of experience does not end with grown-up cruisers. Kids have a variety of great activities to choose from on every Crystal cruise! They offer a children's playroom and babysitting services on all cruises. During holiday cruises and selected sailings, additional children's activities are offered under the supervision of experienced Junior Activities Directors.

Junior Activities Program is Three-Tiered:

3-7 year olds
8-12 year olds
13-17 year olds
Children under six months are not permitted on board without a signed waiver by parent(s).

Hours of Operation
Hours of operation vary depending on the itinerary and number of children on board.

Activities
Activities are determined by age and the number of children on board. On those sailings with Junior Activities Directors, a detailed schedule of events is created at the beginning of each cruise. Once on board, you'll receive Surf Runner, or Teen Scene, the teenagers guide to special activities, daily newsletter for kids with details for the following day's schedule and other pertinent information.

Facilities
Fantasia, children's playroom, offers tables and chairs for arts and crafts, popular Sony PlayStation® game titles, a large screen television set and board games. Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity also feature a teenager's video arcade, Waves. The Library offers children's books and children's videos or DVDs for enjoyment in staterooms.

Dining
Kids may choose from a special Junior Cruiser's menu, and Crystal's executive chefs and other culinary staff can prepare custom dishes. The Trident Grill serves complimentary hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza and more. Baby food, high chairs and booster seats are available.

Additional Services
For a small fee, all vessels offer in-stateroom baby-sitting. Guests should contact the concierge on board for this service at least 24 hours in advance.

Cruises with the JA designation offer complete junior activities programs under the supervision of experienced Junior Activities Directors.

The 50,000-ton, 940-guest Crystal Symphony is one of the most spacious and luxurious cruise ships at sea. Onboard amenities include grand lounges, a full-service fitness facility, a Caesars Palace at Sea casino, a lavish spa, expansive decks, two pools, award-winning cuisine and entertainment, in addition to exquisitely-appointed staterooms, more than half of which offer private verandahs.

From the moment you step into the brilliant atrium of Crystal Plaza, you'll sense the relaxed elegance and attention to detail called the Crystal Experience. It is as if a weight has lifted from your shoulders. You feel yourself at ease, with room to breathe, stretch and relax.

Take a look around at the lavish Crystal Dining Room with its vista of the sea; the elegant Galaxy Lounge showroom; sunlit Palm Court, furnished in charming white wicker like a scene from a Somerset Maughan novel. Along the marble walkway of the Avenue of the Stars, you'll find a glittering gallery of handsome shops. And outside, generous teak decks encircle expansive pools and Jacuzzis. No other ships of this size offer so much space for each guest on board.

The richness of each detail reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship. Lustrous polished marble, the glow of rare wood paneling, sparkling Murano Glass and Austrian crystal chandeliers, supple Italian leather, muted silks and custom English carpets grace our interiors, echoing the ambiance of a stately mansion. Refreshing floral bouquets delight your eye. Soft piano music plays somewhere nearby, mingled with sounds of laughter and delight as old friends meet and new acquaintances become friends.
