Wherever you come from, the Metropolitan's location is easily reached. It is positioned on one of the most significant thoroughfares in London – Park Lane, where it meets with the landmark Hyde Park Corner.
Mayfair lies east of the hotel, Hyde Park to its west. Knightsbridge and Piccadilly, where Green Park tube is located, are five-minute walks. Heathrow airport is a 45-minute drive, or 15 minutes by train. The Gatwick Express operates from nearby Victoria Station.

The Concierge desk, located in the hotel lobby, is highly attuned on where to eat, shop and drink as the scene changes week to week. We can get access where others fail, and advise what’s on in London. You can also book babysitters, arrange for drivers and tickets for shows. Rooms & Suites
City Rooms
Featuring a desk and either a queen-sized or king-sized bed, these calm, comfortable rooms overlook Mayfair. Most bathrooms feature a tub with shower. Some have a walk-in shower.
Deluxe City Rooms
These spacious city-view rooms overlook Mayfair, her boutiques, streets and rooftops. They include a king-sized bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, a desk and comfortable seating area.
Twin Deluxe City Rooms with two separate beds can be interconnected.
Metropolitan Rooms
These oversized rooms offer memorable views of London’s Royal Parks. The king-sized bed, large desk and comfortable banquette seating area make for a soothing, contemporary space with an abundance of natural light.
Park Studios
The layout of the Park Studios is open-plan with separate zones for work, rest and play including a large sitting area.
City Studios
Our studios feature a king-sized bed. There is a desk, separate sitting area with a dining table and a generous walk-in wardrobe. The design is especially suited to travellers who like urban, open-plan living.
A second bedroom – a queen City Room – can be connected on request.
Park Suites
Our light-filled Park Suites offer striking views of Hyde Park through full-length windows. There is a king-sized bed, a separate sitting area and small balcony overlooking the Park.
Park Suites can connect to a Metropolitan Room.
Superior Park Suite
Superb views over Hyde Park can be enjoyed from this ninth-floor suite. There is a king-sized bed, banquette seating, a living room, guest cloakroom and dining table for four.
Deluxe Park Suite
Our much-requested top-floor suite offers soul-stirring views of Hyde Park. It features a separate bedroom, living/dining room and additional guest cloakroom.
The Deluxe Park Suite can be connected to a Park Studio adding one or two extra bedrooms.
COMO Suite
Our oversized, 110 sq metre suite on the 10th floor features a separate living room, bedroom and guest WC. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer endless views of Hyde Park.
The bathroom features a free-standing bathtub with floor-to-ceiling, park-facing windows. The living room has a vast relaxation area with a dining table. There is also a balcony with a Japanese rock garden.
The COMO Suite can be interconnected with Metropolitan Room.
