Established in 2010, Exclusive Villas by Paresa is a selection of luxury private villas and homes managed by Paresa including access to Paresa Resorts services and facilities.

Located at exclusive Cape Sol on the west coast of Phuket, Villa Amanzi is a six bedroom residence with a 15-metre infinity pool and views over the Andaman Sea. The property is ideal for families or groups wishing to escape together in stylish, yet relaxed, surroundings.

Each guest room features its own ensuite bathroom and private balcony with uninterrupted views over the Andaman Sea, Villa Amanzi offers three king bedrooms and three twin rooms. The master suite also features a large outdoor terrazzo bathtub in addition to separate showers.

Each bedroom offers high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, individually controlled air-conditioning, remote controlled sun blinds and curtains, 32-inch plasma screen TV and DVD player in bedroom, complimentary wireless Internet access and full bathroom amenities.

The level directly above the main living area is the main bedroom wing housing four en-suite bedrooms each with unobstructed panoramic sea views. The level below the main living area consists of a large family room, with a 52 inch TV, a table tennis table, a football table and a small bar area, as well as two further en-suite bedrooms also with sea views. The lower level features a massage area and adjacent jacuzzi bath with spectacular views through the tree canopy to the azure blue sea beyond.

A minimum 3 nights stay is required during all seasons, while a minimum of 14 nights stay is required during the traditional peak season from 20 December to 15 January. Rates start from THB 66,000 inclusive of 7% taxes.
