Materials have been personally chosen by Giorgio Armani for both their sculptural and tactile qualities. These include stone,zebrawood, Venetian plaster, and fabric and leather wall coverings.Bespoke furnishings have been designed for the hotel, and together they represent a symphony of clean lines and practical comfort.Covering more than 40,000 square metres, the hotel features 160 guest rooms and suites, a luxury Armani/SPA, swimming pool,library, fitness centre, business centre and eight restaurants. Within the hotel are the Armani/Dolci chocolates and sweets store, the Armani/Fiori flower shop, the Armani/Galleria, and the Armani/Club and Armani/Privé, both firsts for the Middle East.


The Place

The Armani Hotel Dubai holds pride of place within the iconic BurjKhalifa, the world’s tallest building. The design is inspired by the geometrics of the desert
flower and traditional patterning of Middle Eastern architecture. It is a striking symbol of creativity, enterprise and invention. The tower is the centrepiece of Downtown Dubai. An area defined by superlatives: The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination; Emaar Boulevard, flanked by glamorous boutiques and designer names; and The Dubai Fountain, a captivating water, sound and light spectacular. Nearby, is the bustling Old Town, an energising mix of Arabian tradition and modern luxury. By day, explore the market squares, twisting alleys and waterfront walkways, visit boutiques or stop by the cafes and restaurants for a coffee or meal with friends. Location

Exclusively located in Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, Armani Hotel Dubai is the first hotel to open under the collaboration between Emaar Properties PJSC and Giorgio Armani S.p.A. and will bring to life the ‘Stay with Armani’ promise. Occupying the concourse level to level 8 and levels 38 and 39 of the iconic tower, the Armani Hotel has a dedicated entrance. While concourse level to level 3 are the public areas of the hotel, the guestrooms and suites are located from levels 5 to 8 as well as levels 38 and 39.


Restaurants, Lounges Entertainment and Leisure

The myriad of dining experiences reflects the cosmopolitan nature of the city. Housed across multiple floors, there are authentic Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean and modern Indian restaurants. Each one represents a culinary journey, a few steps from your door. The restaurants are complemented by the Armani/Lounge where pre-dinner Aperitivos are served, Milanese style. As the evening cools, the region’s fi rst and only Armani/Privé club comes to life, serving up modish tunes and  inventive drinks until the small hours. The hotel will also be home to the Armani/Dolci, chocolates and sweets store, an Armani/Fiori, a floral shop, and an Armani/Galleria.


World’s first in-hotel Armani/Spa

And for those seeking to restore natural balance, the Armani/Spa is tranquillity itself: 12,000 square feet of peace and quiet, nourishing and nurturing. This one-of-a-kind spa includes treatment rooms, thermal suites, a fi tness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.
