I have to say that we have being avoiding Qantas for some time as we kept finding their stewards obnoxious and aloof. Much to our surprise we had exactly the opposite experience on both legs. The staff were friendly, attentive and it could not have been a nicer trip. We will fly with them again anytime. The crew was of the older set and Qantas would be sensible in retaining such people.
