12 days tour to Shaolin 'feel the magic of Martial Arts' China is the home of martial arts, and our tours are aimed at fostering the tradition of martial arts, creating new friendship, encouraging people to participate, and experiencing its profound mystery involved in this age-old activity. We offer one week of training in martial arts at the Shaolin Martial Arts School, meditation and the daily life of a learner at the school, martial arts displays given by Shaolin military monks, and visiting scenic spots and historical sites in the Songshan region. Taogou Institute is well-known for "the largest number of students, the largest size, the highest quality and the widest influence".

Day 01 -/ Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, transferred to the hotel.

Day 02 Beijing (B/L)
After breakfast, free at leisure. Visit Beijing newly built Museum in the afternoon. (B/L)

Day 03 Beijing/Zhengzhou-Taogou (B/L/D)*
Take a morning flight to Zhengzhou. Upon arrival, tour the famous Shaolin Temple on the way being transferred to Shaolin
Taogou Wu Shu (Chinese Martial Art) Institute. Stay at school dormitory. No tour guide service during the training program.

Day 04-10 Shaolin Taogou Martial Art Institute (B/L/D)*
Take training course at Shaolin Taogou Martial Art Institute.

Day 11 Taogou-Zhengzhou/Shanghai (B)*
Take a ride to Zhengzhou airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, transferred to the hotel. Visit Xin Tian Di if time permit. Free at leisure.

Day 12 Shanghai/- (B)
Free to explore this city on your own pace before transfer to airport.
