Hi Garry,All great, no problems and Thai were OK, although old 747 from Madrid is not up to scratch going there was however very good. I paid for an upgrade to first class on the way back to get a better bed, so that worked out well. Long lay over in Bangkok but Thai were excellent about that.When Emirates join QANTAS next year I will go to Spain with them. Very happy with your help so will inform you for the next journey. Hi Garry, The trip was terrific Ã¢â‚¬â€œ every flight was on time Ã¢â‚¬â€œ well almost Ã¢â‚¬â€œ and the service was great Ã¢â‚¬â€œ I have flown KLM often and although the staff are not as attentive as the Asian Airlines they were still good and certainly more than met my needs.If anything I found the sleep position in Malaysian less than comfortable as I was sliding down the bed all night! Good morning Natalie.When we checked in at Mascot to go on our trip, we were informed that there was a problem Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Business Class was overbooked, so would we mind being transferred to First Class?Wow Ã¢â‚¬â€œ weÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve never had it so good Ã¢â‚¬â€œ the best food and wines, and then a real bed, and complimentary pyjamas Ã¢â‚¬â€œ who could complain? It was magic Ã¢â‚¬â€œ I slept for 6 hours straight Ã¢â‚¬â€œ a record on a flight for me.From Abu Dhabi to Paris, and then back again via a Dubai stop-off, we were in Business Class, and it was almost as good as First Class Ã¢â‚¬â€œ the only thing is that Business Class seats are not as wide, and of course you get a slightly lesser quality of wines.The limo transfers were waiting for us at every airport, a very First Class service all round. The cars were all new, and the drivers were experienced and knowledgeable and able to give some great local adviceWe plan on a trip to Italy next year so you will be the first person I call to see what sort of deal we can do on Etihad again Ã¢â‚¬â€œ they have a very slick operation and we were very impressed, even without the First Class upgrade.Thanks for all of your assistance,

Dear Garry,I had a wonderful trip thank you and everything ran like clockwork.I benefited from upgrades to Qantas First Class on the trip over and on the Hong Kong to Sydney leg on the way home. I have to say their service has improved dramatically since I last flew with them overseas.The Berg Hotel was perfect. As we thought "boutique" with very modern rooms. Beautiful large ensuite bathrooms with enormous showers and great toiletries. Also good location. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.If you need to send anyone to Macau, the Grand Hyatt would be my pick. The Venetian (which I had a tour of) should be avoided at all costs!So thank you again for all your help with the arrangements!!Cheers

For those of you looking for travel advice, I'm very comfortable recommending Keren. She has been perfect for me in arranging some really complicated trips (my last one involved Aus - Thailand - Philipinnes - Switzerland - US - Mexico), answers all emails and calls promptly, has made no errors and and very importantly, is just fun and friendly to deal with. Most of my bookings have also been very last minute and Keren has always been able to sort out my trip in 24 hours. I found trying my flight paths myself really time consuming and difficult, its just way easier to let a professional do it for you!

Dear Garry, All went well with the flights. Thai - good service. A340 out was ok, but 747 upper deck on return is superior. (I think this was a change to the schedule).SAS - Good service both ways, but as one of the pursers said 'We can't really compete with Emirates'. True, as only the A380 seems to have a completely flat and long enough seat for me (189cm)Having said that, I thought the last time I flew with Emirates that the cabin service (on the A380 versus the A340) was not as good as it had been on previous occasions. (A380 = 2 x A340 but not twice as many cabin crew?)One point is that was worth booking the whole trip in business, as the baggage allowance on BMI might have been a problem otherwise.

Thanks Tina, yes we had a great time. I have to say that we have being avoiding Qantas for some time as we kept finding their stewards obnoxious and aloof. Much to our surprise we had exactly the opposite experience on both legs. The staff were friendly, attentive and it could not have been a nicer trip. We will fly with them again anytime. Hi GaryI just wanted to let you know how fabulous our trip was! The Seabourn Quest completely surpassed all of our expectations and we would definitely sail with them again. The weather, service, hospitality, food, wine and logistics from your end were superb. Initially we had a few boarding problems caused directly by Seabourn staff who were new, but after bringing the problems to their attention Seabourn went to great lengths to compensate us by giving us both a complimentary massage, free pass to the serene area of the ship plus upgraded us to a penthouse suite number 1015! I wonder if you can pass on our thanks to Belinda, the Guest Services Manager on the Quest who organised the upgrade for us. Hi Garry, Finally got home last Friday night, flights were cancelled out of Milan for about 5 days. We spent an extra 5 days at Lake Como, so I suppose you could have been stranded at worse places! Qatar was faboulous with keeping us updated, and went out of their way to book us on first available flight out of Milan. We were thrilled with their service, the staff were wonderful and will definitely fly with them again when we next go overseas. The food in business class was like dining in a 5 Star Restaurant and the wine list was second to none (my partner owns a restaurant in Melbourne and he was very impressed). All in all I just wanted to give you this positive feedback and thank you also for sending me the email the other week and keeping me updated.

Hi Garry,Very impressed with Qatar Airways from Melbourne to Doha.......as good as British Airways first class with service, extras (Pyjamas). Doha to Manchester was standard and older aircraft.Because they are building a new terminal in Doha, they have to bus everyone between planes and that is a bit of a pain.Would definitely fly with them again.....especially at the great price you got us.Alistair

The Maldives is just incredible. It really is as good as the holiday brochures (and our photos) look !!!! The days were spent relaxing, reading, swimming, snorkelling (with sharksÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¦.which the locals said were friendly !!!!!!!! I had to explain that in Australia, the words shark and friendly really donÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t go together). The nights were spent, eating and drinkingÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¦ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¦..spreading ourselves between the daily wine tastings and the free cocktails followed by happy hour, that extended into hours!! I really think the company should shout you a holiday there !!!!!Singapore provided everything we wanted (shopping, singapore slings and chilli crab) before coming back home. Thank you for absolutely everything you did to make this honeymoon unforgettable. Everything ran like clockwork. There was nothing at all we had to do or say, it just happened. We even got a congratulatory cake from Singapore Airlines on the way to the Maldives. If you want any further details on Huvafen Fushi, I am more than willing to provide it. I would highly recommend that resort to anyone who is considering going to the Maldives. We would not have had such a great time if it wasn't for all your efforts, so once again, thank you.

My sister discovered your site on a weekend and I rang the 1300 number at 1000 pm on Sunday night 'just in case' someone was there...much to my surprise a lady answered and suggested I did said an immediate email as someone was in the office and they could probably answer it ....Helen did...I found this service most impressive and she has been atttentive ever since.
