Hike, ride and/or boat through glacial wonderlands, rich native forest and awe-inspiring alpine scenery. And visit traditional working estancias to see how the European settlers influenced today’s pastoralists. Your journey finishes in the sophisticated Chilean capital, one of the world’s most remarkably-located cities.

Days 1-2

Arrive Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Arrive this evening or the following morning in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s vibrant capital with a European flair, and transfer to your hotel, where immediate check-in has been arranged. The evening of Day 2, gather for a welcome briefing, followed by a festive welcome dinner at famed Elena’s restaurant. As complex as it is energetic and seductive, Buenos Aires is a port city set along the Rio de la Plata that has served as Argentina’s gateway for centuries. It represents a microcosm of the country itself, evoking a distinct atmosphere in each of its splendidly diverse barrios.

Day 4

Ushuaia | Walking Among Magellanic Penguins.

Drive to Estancia Harberton, the oldest estancia (farm) in Tierra del Fuego and an Argentine National Historical Monument. Embark on a private cruise to Isla Martillo to walk among a teeming rookery of Magellanic penguins before continuing to Isla Gable, in the middle of the Beagle Channel, for lunch. Day 8

Puerto Natales | Torres del Paine National Park.

Today, explore the magnificent wilderness of Torres del Paine National Park. Large glaciers continue to descend from the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, one of the world’s largest freshwater reserves. A UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the park is renowned for its otherworldly landscape of granite spires, ice and deserted pampas. See firsthand the serrated ridges and spires of the Torres del Paine mountains. Watch closely as you scan the peaks and you might pick out a soaring Andean condor riding an updraft. Tonight, after dinner, simply unwind in your room or, if the sky is clear, marvel at the Patagonian night sky, awash with countless pinpoints of starlight.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Accommodation: The Singular Patagonia

Four Seasons Buenos Aires

The Four Seasons brand is synonymous with style and service. Situated in the heart of the exclusive La Recoleta district, this hotel is within easy reach of the city’s cultural attractions. From the outside you will be wowed by the hotel’s blending of a contemporary tower and early 20th-century, French-style mansion. In the tower, warm, comfortable rooms feature leather upholstered headboards and dark mahogany furnishings. Suites in La Mansión offer either French country décor, with high ceilings, antiques and Toile de Jouy wallpaper, or a more contemporary look.

Preferred Rooms and Suites on the seventh and eighth floors of the tower enjoy complimentary access to The Library, an exclusive lounge on the seventh floor that provides a selection of international newspapers and magazines, and complimentary Internet access.

Another highlight is Pony Line, a chic bar. Inspired by the sport of kings, Pony Line brings to life the casual chic of La Dolfina polo lifestyle. Balancing urban sophistication with the carefree elegance of polo in leathers and other fabrics, riding motifs, art by Alejandro Moy, and rugged yet refined elements such as pergamino-clad trunks that act as cocktail tables, the mood at Pony Line is lively and fun.

The Singular Patagonia

This unusual luxury hotel is actually an historic frigorifico (cold storage plant) from the days of Patagonia’s thriving sheep trade – the hotel’s acclaimed restaurant, bar and museum are housed in the historic land mark Puerto Bories, a former post-Victorian cold-storage plant built in 1915 and declared a National Monument in 1996. There are 57 spacious guestrooms with fjord views, a lovely spa. The original industrial architecture of the building has been preserved while contrasting state of the art technology and design delivers a sleek modern touch. The hotel maximises the surrounding landscape with gardens overlooking the fjords and spectacular views. Over 20 different expeditions are offered from adrenaline pumping adventure to sedate nature experiences.

Ritz-Carlton Santiago

Located in the refined neighbourhood of El Golf, the Ritz-Carlton Santiago is the first Ritz-Carlton in South America and is an impressive one. Rooms are very spacious and sumptuously decorated. There are ample opportunities for wining and dining both within the hotel and in the immediate surrounds.
