I wanted to have a luxury experience to celebrate my 70th birthday and Donna Moore was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and Responds quickly to questions asked. She managed to book me on a Ponant Kimberly Cruise and accommodation both ends. Sadly, I had to cancel due to a back injury and Donna was so lovely giving me all the necessary information for my Travel Insurance claim. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
